INGREDIENTS:
Chicken wings - 2 pounds
Low fat butter - 4 tablespoons
Hot pepper sauce - 3 to 5 tablespoons
White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Celery - 2 stalks (julienne)
Salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying
PREPARATION:
Rinse the chicken and pat dry with a paper towel, then cut the chicken wings at the joints, season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pot to medium high, and fry the chicken wings until golden and crisp. (12 to 14 minutes) drain the oil when done.
Heat butter in a frying pan on medium - low heat until fully melted. Mix the hot sauce and vinegar in a cup mixing well, then pour and mix well with the melted butter. Now add in the fried chicken wings and mix well with the other ingredients.
You can serve the Buffalo Hot Wings with blue cheese dressing and celery.
NOTE: Buffalo Hot Wings Recipe If you like really HOT buffalo hot wings, you can add even more hot sauce.
